The purpose of this research aim to study a health communication by using infographic media narrative. This is a qualitative research that uses textual analysis in 31 topics of infographic media on the COVID-19 situation of the Department of Disease Control, which is under the Ministry of Public Health. The results showed that infographic media elements on the COVID-19 situation of the Department of Disease Control such as 1) numeral, 2) alphabet, 3) text, 4) icon, 5) geometry, 6) chart or diagram, 7) cartoon, 8) photograph, 9) cold tone color and 10) warm tone color. As for the narration with infographic media on the COVID-19 situation It consists of a plot, theme, symbol, and character. Moreover, the health communication of the Department of Disease Control using infographic media narrative on the COVID-19 situation has public health agenda that published which is 1) providing general information, 2) promoting awareness of risk factors, 3) raising awareness, 4) promoting participation, and 5) listening to opinions.

The purpose of this research aims 1) to synthesis the visual elements that appear in the news graphic of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Data Center, 2) to synthesis agenda of public health communication using news graphic, and 3) to study the design of news graphic of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Data Center. This is a mixed methods research that uses textual analysis in 26 topics of news graphic during the COVID-19 crisis of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Data Center. The results of the research showed that the news graphic visual elements during the COVID-19 crisis of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Data Center had 3 aspects which consist of 1) data such as text, alphabet, and numeral, 2) image such as photograph, cartoon, chart or diagram, icon, and geometry, and 3) color tone such as warm tone, and cool tone. The public health communication of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Data Center using news graphic during the COVID-19 crisis has public health agenda that published which are 1) providing tidings and general information, 2) promoting awareness of risk factors, 3) raising social awareness, 4) promoting people participation, and 5) listening to opinions and feedback. Moreover, the design of news graphic during the COVID-19 crisis it consists of 1) objective, 2) target group, 3) content, and 4) channel.

The bullying on social communication is a situation that causes disgust to the minds of others or damages through the information technology network, divided into brawling, attacking relatives, deprivation, defamation, blackmail, trickery, intimidate, harassment, sexual and political threats, hypocrisy, fake profiles, and catfishing. The social media in school include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LINE, email, and more. The technology to hinds bullying on social media is to bring the software to analyze the content of negative online communication and to automatically quarantine it from appearing to the public, consisting of text data detection type, images data detection type, videos data detection type, and audio data detection type. The application of technology to blocks cyberbullying in students' social media text, images, video, and audio by specifically for the official online media of the school only. A digital learning ecosystem with artificial intelligence for smart learning is the management of learning space and learning content through artificial intelligence (AI). In the instructional process, artificial intelligence is used to support instructors, support learners, automate grading and scoring, simultaneously a variety of student needs, provide personalized help for student and identify weaknesses in the classroom. Artificial intelligence digital learning ecosystem is divided into three learning spaces based on the nature of the area: 1)classroom, 2) beyond classroom, and 3) home. In this digital learning ecosystem, artificial intelligence has four main roles: 1) smart creator,2) virtual instructor,3) smart tutor, and 4) smart admin. The development of artificial intelligence digital learning ecosystem can encourage learners to use digital technology for smart learning at any place and time, including they have responsibilities for oneself, an instructor, and course content.
